| Biography |
As a lifetime resident of Sarasota County, Mr. Collins served as an assistant state attorney in Sarasota from 1996 to 2001 where he prosecuted thousands of misdemeanor and felony crimes. In 2001, Mr. Collins started his own law firm and has been representing clients in criminal cases, family law matters, and civil litigation since that time.
Mr. Collins has tried over 75 jury trials in cases such as DUI, domestic battery, drug charges, sex charges, burglaries, attempted murder, and manslaughter. In addition, Mr. Collins has represented clients in numerous non-jury trials in juvenile, divorce and custody cases.
With over a decade of experience, Mr. Collins is committed to giving each client exceptional legal representation and the individual attention that each client deserves. |
